Steampunk Fair 1800′! PPP#7!

We at Poisoned Peas Please challenge blog are having a “Steampunk” challenge this month.  We want you to get Steampunked and show us some cogs, wheels, or whatever else Steampunky!!

Here is a project I made for this challenge:

Well I do hope you enjoyed looking at my curious cabinet!

My Steampunk girl was provided by Betty from Simply Betty Stamps! SBS is our sponsor for this Steampunk challenge #7.

I aged the two pen nibs, (The one in the foot, and the one next to the foot) the crown, and the Hodge Podge hardware (From Stampin’ Up!) with a spray from Ten Seconds studios. If you  spray it on metal it will age it. Or is  comes with paint that you can paint something then spray it with that solution. I found this cabinet at a Thrift store, and painted it black.

I hope I have inspired you some, enough to come share with us at Poisoned Peas Please challenge blog! Also I hope you come and check out our GDT “Gina” and the rest of the Night Crew, see what they have Steampunked for you! Also don’t forget once you have entered your project, come share it with like minded folks at our PPP forum on The Crafter’s Cafe’.

I would like to enter my project in the following:

Simply Challenged Challenges:  “Anything Goes”

Ladybug Crafts: First challenge “Anything Goes”

Thank you for stopping by, and Thank you for your comments! Stay crafty!
