I am hosting a challenge on Facebook for Smeared and Smudge for the month of February.
My “Theme” for you this month is a “Technique” challenge. The technique is called “Chalk Board” how it works: get black card stock and use either white ink, or white embossing powder and stamp onto the black card stock. Dust or sponge the edges of the black card stock with white ink, for that chalky effect. You can use any stamp for this, as long as the “Technique” is shown. I have made a card as an example for you. I have used a rubber stamp and white embossed it, and sponged the edges with white ink.
Here is my card sample:
The stamps are from Smeared Ink’s Rubber Club “Heart Wings.” The DSP is K&Company. The half pearls and heart punches are from Stampin’ Up!
