Black on Black with Delicious Doodles Challenges!

Hello friends I am here to share with you my DT card for Delicious Doodles Challenges!

This week’s theme is:

“Black on Black”

We often see challenges for white on white,

so we thought we’d have a black version for a change!!
(Flesh tones allowed)

We would love to see Delicious Doodles images on your creations, but it is not a requirement.

I have used DD’s digi stamp called “Pirate Ship Silhouette” (Follow the link to get yours.)
The nautical compass stamp in the top left of the card, is from the “Open Seas” set from SU. I embossed it in gold embossing powder. Then used a circle punch. For the Pirate Ship I used a Spellbinder die. Distressed the edges in “Soot” by TH. Silver charms are from Micheal’s craft store. I ripped strips of black CS to imitate waves.
As of this post right now you have 2 days and 20 hours to play. I am posting my card a bit late. My daughter and grand-daughter are visiting me and I got distracted.
Leia-finger-painting-2This is my G-baby finger painting. If you were at my other “Main-Stream” blog I have another photo there of her finger painting. Check out my post, you might win some Rubbah stamps! CLICK ME!
I do hope to see you at Delicious Doodles Challenges! If you haven’t been by the DD store, Teri has been on a roll with drawing up two different kinds of Zodiac signs. One is called “Horrorscopes” and one is “Normal” looking. Well “Main-Stream” IDK what normal is LOL! I colored up this one:
