Day 26 offering: an altered CD

Day-26

This is my DT project for Musically Challenged challenges. The theme this time, is a video by, “Type O Negative – Love you to Death.” Our sponsor is Ike’s Art. This digi stamp is called “Annabel Lee 2.”

I have colored her with Copics and added gold Stickles to her hair. The 2 sentiments is  part of the lyrics to the song. If you can’t quite make out what they say then read this: “As Salty sweet drips down her breast, her lips move and I can feel what they are saying, swaying.” The 2nd one reads, “Am I good enough for you?”

The back ground leaves are from Stampin’ Up! called “Gently Falling.” They are “2 Step the sold stamp. This set is now part of SU’s 25 stamp sets for 25% off. Click Here to see them all!

I got an old CD, then some craft wire in orange ran it through the center hole, twisted it then made a loop so this piece could hang. Then I covered the whole CD with my cut out leaves, in a circular motion. Afterwards, I added my beautiful Ike’s Art, image, then the 2 sentiments.

Here is a closer view:

day-25-closeWhat I interpreted from the video was a woman, and lots of leaves. I cant wait to see if you all play and how you interpret this video. So don’t forget to stop on over at Musically Challenged challenges.

This project might not be scary, but the video is kind of spooky. That’s why I am using this project as my day 26 for the 31 DOH by S&S!

It is now time to go and visit with the talented Susan at Lilly and the Lotus!

Thank you for your visit, and for your comments. See you tomorrow for day 27! Stay Crafty my Friends!

Peace,

KristyLee
