LOC’s Challenge #39 Christmas in August with Ike’s Art

Good morning Friends,

Today is starts a new challenge at Left of Center Creative Challenges. The sponsor this week is the talent Ike’s Art. The theme this week is “Christmas or Creepmas.”

Sidebar LogoHere is my DT card:

Christmas-in-July-IA-LOCI have used Ike’s Art digi image called “Poinsettia Fairy.” I have colored her with Copics. I printed out 2 then cut out and popped up the poinsettia’s around her neck and the one in her hair. I added “Blue Lightning” loose glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle. On top of that I added “Journey Glaze.” item# AD-0003. The gems are from Pizzazz A Plenty. For the frame I used loose Tinsel “Moon Rise,” from Sparkle N Sprinkle. To adhere my glitter and tinsel I used Brushable Glue from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

The sentiment on the inside and out side of the card are stamps from SU.

I used the Spellbinders’ Card Creator die cut “Mystical Embrace,”  and decided to make a card out of the cut-out.

I hope you have some inspiration to create anything Christmas’ie, or Creepmas’ie and share it with us over at LOC, Left of Center Creative Challenges. (Follow the link for the challenge blog.) Pop on over and take a look at what the other DTs have created for your inspirational pleasure!

Thank you for your visit and for your comments. Stay Crafty my Friends!

I would like to invite you to check out my new blog “Kristy’s Bloomin’ Journey” I am doing a Give-Away. Click Here for all the deets.

She looks beautiful and I love the way you’ve colored her. Thanks for letting me know about the InLinz issue (had the wrong start time and it’s been corrected). I’ve gone ahead and added your card to the challenge. Thanks again for joining us for the Sparkle N Sprinkle Creative Challenge!
